1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
A flat shipping fee of ₹30 applies to orders below this threshold.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and link. You can track your order status directly through the courier partner's website or your Zeelayers account.

6. Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, logistics issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in case of significant delays.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier partner and arrange a resolution.

8. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Zeelayers is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
